Setting Up the Integration
Find your API credentials
In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer. Copy your API URL and API Key.
Connect to Orbit AI
Go to Integrations in your Orbit AI dashboard, find ActiveCampaign, and enter your API URL and API Key.
Configure tags
Select tags to apply automatically. These tags can trigger your ActiveCampaign automations.
Finding Your API Credentials
- Log in to your ActiveCampaign account
- Click the gear icon in the bottom left to open Settings
- Click Developer in the left sidebar
- Copy your API URL (looks like
https://youraccountname.api-us1.com) - Copy your API Key (a long string of characters)

ActiveCampaign can be used as a destination in Orbit AI workflows, allowing you to:- Only sync leads after AI qualification (filter out low-quality leads)
- Apply different tags based on lead score or form responses
- Add enriched contact data from Clay before syncing
- Route leads to different lists based on their answers
