Upgrading
- Takes effect immediately

- You pay the difference for the upgraded plan
Downgrading
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep your current plan’s features until the period ends
- After that, features revert to the new plan’s limits

Your forms remain published and continue collecting submissions. Features that exceed your new plan (e.g., workflows, remove branding) will stop working. You may need to simplify workflows or re-enable branding before the downgrade takes effect.

Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Use them before your period resets.

Yes. You can switch at any time. Annual billing offers a discount (e.g., 29/mo for Pro). When switching, you’ll be charged or credited the prorated difference.
